TWO STOREY SCREENING BAMBOO

Gold Painted is a great acreage bamboo. It has gold and green striped culms and a very wide footprint. It is best used for acreage screening, wind break, shade or for soil stablility & preventing erosion.

Guadua Angustifolia is a beautiful bamboo native to Columbia! It features distinct white rings around the nodes and long branches. It can be called 'thorny bamboo' for the minimal thorns up high on the culms.

VARIEGATED CANOPY BAMBOO

(Gigantochloa luteostriata)

Lipstick is a small canopy shaped bamboo, fantastic for creating a topiary effect. It features a large green and white striped variegated leaf. It looks best trimmed down and with the lower foliage cleaned out to enhance the shape. View Lipstick>

DENSE SCREENING BAMBOO

(Bambusa heterostachya)

Malay Dwarf Green is a bushy dense screening bamboo suitable for large blocks or acreage. It is not recommended as a small pretty screen for suburban blocks, but rather useful on acreage as a wind break, sound barrier, to prevent soil erosion etc. View Malay Dwarf Green>

CREAMY WHITE STRIPEY BAMBOO

(Gigantochloa pseudoarinacea)

Maxima is a beautiful ornamental bamboo featuring creamy white and green striped culms and large tropical leaves. It tends to have minimal foliage down low. It has fairly thick culms for such a narrow footprint.

New Guinea Green is a soft weepy looking bamboo. It features quite an open clumping havit and small leaves. It is suitable for semi-shader areas where it looks its best. It tends to have a unique asymmetrical growing habit. View New Guinea Green>

(Schizostachym brachycladum)

Sacred Bali is a very pretty golden hued bamboo with reddish culm sheaths. It has very short branches and large tropical foliage creating a unique bushy effect. It looks fantastic amongst tropical gardens where it will always stand out with a great pop of colour. View Sacred Bali>

TROPICAL SCREENING BAMBOO

(Gigantochloa marga)

Tigerstripe is a lovely tropical bamboo with large leaves. It features black zig zag stripes on the culm sheaths which gave it its name! It is a great single feature canopy bamboo or planted as a screen it will grow more upright. Requires water through drought. View Tigerstripe>
