SHIPPING TERMS

1. Delivery Areas

Bamboo Down Under currently offers delivery to selected regions across Southeast Queensland and Northern New South Wales. Delivery availability is based on postcode and will be confirmed at checkout. If your location is outside our standard delivery zones, please contact us for a custom quote.

2. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and order size. The final delivery cost will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.


Please note: Large or heavy items (including plants, pots, and bulk orders) may incur additional charges.

3. Delivery Timeframes

We aim to deliver orders within 3–10 business days, depending on your location and order volume. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, adverse weather, or unexpected delays.           4. Delivery Requirements

Someone must be present to receive and inspect the order at the time of delivery.

If you are not home, you may nominate a safe drop location at your property. Bamboo Down Under is not responsible for items damaged or stolen after delivery if a safe drop was requested.

For plant deliveries, we recommend collecting items as soon as possible to avoid heat or weather exposure.

5. Click & Collect (Pickup)

Click & Collect is available from Bamboo Down Under, 930 Tamborine–Oxenford Road, Wongawallan QLD.

You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Orders must be collected within 7 days unless arranged otherwise.

6. Delivery of Living Plants

All plants are packed with care to ensure they arrive healthy and in good condition.
Due to the nature of live plants:

Minor cosmetic imperfections are normal.

We cannot guarantee plants will be identical to photos due to natural seasonal variations.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details or no safe place to leave items, a re-delivery fee may apply.

8. Order Changes or Cancellations

Once an order has been processed for dispatch, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
We may arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Please note: We are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier or carrier.

10. Weather-Related Delays

Extreme heat, storms, or other weather events may affect delivery timeframes, especially for live plant orders. We will notify you of any delays where possible.
