Every plant is hand-selected, watered, and inspected before leaving our nursery. We guarantee your plants leave Bamboo Down Under in a  healthy condition.

3. Plant Care After Delivery

Once plants are delivered or collected, their ongoing health depends on correct care, planting practices, climate, soil conditions, and maintenance.
Bamboo Down Under is not responsible for plant health issues that arise from:

Incorrect planting or positioning

Over or under-watering

Soil quality or drainage issues

Extreme weather conditions

Neglect or lack of appropriate care

4. Acclimatisation Period

Plants may experience minor stress, such as leaf drop, slight yellowing, or drooping after transport or being placed in a new environment. This is normal, and plants typically recover with proper care and time.

5. Pest & Disease Disclaimer

While we routinely monitor and treat plants, minor pests or environmental marks may occasionally occur. This is part of the natural lifecycle of live plants.

6. No Plant Survival Guarantee

Due to the many external factors affecting plant health once they leave our care, we cannot guarantee long-term survival or performance. We do not offer refunds or replacements for plants that fail due to improper care or conditions outside our control.
