Casper Ghost is the smaller version of Ghost bamboo. It has the beautiful white/grey powdered culms like Ghost, though it is slightly shorter, and has a smaller footprint and has thinner culms. Traditionally Ghost bamboo canopies out like a big fig tree whereas Casper Ghost tends to have a more simple open shape, like a large vase.

 

It is an extremely pretty and stunning feature bamboo, and perfect for those who love Ghost but do not have the space to allocate for such a large species. It can be planted as a single specimen, as a pair at an entrance or as a tunnel or grove.

 

Casper Ghost is fairly quick growing and extremely low maintenance once established. It is also very drought tolerant, but looks best with regular water.
