• ALL DELIVERIES will be located to just inside the property boundary and access must be given.

• Staff will NOT go up stairs nor place the delivery anywhere other than just inside the boundary.

• Weight limits for lifting apply. 

• Please note that not all products are covered by this offer e.g. troughs or potting mix or pots over 300mm will incur cost and does NOT FORM part of the Subsidised Delivery Offer.

• Bulk sales of items for “multiple buys” would incur a cost and must be determined on a case by case basis.

• Scheduling of deliveries is at Bamboo Down Under's discretion.

• If you require your freight to be delivered on a particular day, this can be organised through a 3rd party carrier and will be charged accordingly however it does not form part of this subsidised offer.
