Description
Bambusa eutuldoides var viridi-vittata is regarded as the most beautiful of all the clumping bamboos with its stunning lemon yellow culms and green stripes.
It has an open form so it can be cleaned out to create a grove effect. Place a statue or ornament in the middle for an even greater effect!
Although it's best used as an ornmental feature is the garden, it can also be used as a screening plant.
China Gold has very strong poles - would be useful for smaller construction jobs like furniture or screens. The shoots are also edible. A very tough and hardy plant and a stunner all year round!
